Returns and refunds

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly through our contact page with your order number and clear photos. We will review each case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Opened or used products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take some time to show the credit.
